Please read these Terms carefully before using Greta Agency services. They outline your rights, our responsibilities, and the rules that govern our working relationship.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Greta Agency website and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of Greta Agency, operated by Questera AI.
2. Services
Greta Agency provides software development, design, SEO, and related digital services to startups and businesses. The scope of work for each engagement is defined in a separate Statement of Work or project agreement. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of all fees, clients receive full ownership of deliverables created specifically for their project — including source code, designs, and documentation. Greta Agency retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or methodologies used in delivery. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
4. Payment & Refunds
Payment terms are specified in your project agreement. We do not offer refunds on work already completed or in progress. If a project is cancelled by the client, fees for work completed to date remain payable. Greta Agency reserves the right to pause or terminate work if payments are overdue by more than 14 days.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose your business information, project details, or data to third parties without your consent, except where required by law. Clients agree to keep any proprietary processes, pricing, or tooling shared by Greta Agency confidential.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greta Agency and Questera AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
7. Warranties
Greta Agency warrants that Services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. We do not warrant that deliverables will be error-free or meet requirements beyond those defined in the agreed scope. All other warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed to date. Greta Agency will deliver all completed work and assets upon receipt of outstanding payment.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
